Laizhou Capco Machinery Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture producing brake disc, brake pad and brake hub, with a total investment of RMB 100 million and a registered capital of RMB 86.95 million. The company has a site area of 126,700 square meters, a building area of 30,000 square meters, and a casting area of 15,000 square meters, and a staff of 1,000 including 60 technicians. With long production history, high export volume, superior quality and perfect service, the company enjoys a good reputation.

Since 1989, the company has begun to produce brake disc and brake hub. Now the company has more than 2000 varieties of European and American brake disc and brake hub, with an annual production capacity of 6 million and casting capacity of 50,000 tons. In the quality policy of “Strict Efficient Management, Superior Reliable Quality, Timely Satisfied Service”, the company can guarantee quality from casting feeding, machining, cleaning, anti-rusting, packaging, to storage and transport. TS16949 certification was obtained in April 2004, and approved in 2007 and 2010.

At present, the company is equipped with USA 3T INDUCTOTHERM electric furnaces (4 sets), 1.5T electric furnace (1 set), Japan KOYO SM50V automatic molding production lines (2 sets), and SMS7060R horizontal molding production lines (2 sets). The testing facility of Germany OBLF optical spectrum analyzer can guarantee that our product materials meet customer demands before pouring. 30 sets of experimental facilities (physical experiment, chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, balance experiment) can guarantee that our products meet domestically advanced standard and matching requirements of main engine. So far, the company has provided matching support for Zhejiang Asia-Pacific.

In 2003, the company started brake pad project with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million sets. Our production equipment are imported from Canada and Korea, and testing facilities from Jilin University of Technology. With a high starting point, the project can provide matching support for the manufacturers of main engines. Now the company produces more than 1000 kinds of the brake pads, with 12 kinds of formulas such as semi-metal, asbestos-free, few metal, and organics. In 2005 and 2008, our products passed testing of USA Lincoln Laboratory, and were awarded AMECA Product Quality Certification. So far, 200 kinds of products have obtained European ECE R90 Quality Certificate.
